Proud to have one of the best tennis facilities in the south, Cherokee is home to nine outdoor and four indoor courts in addition to an outstanding pro-shop. The outdoor tennis courts consist of seven HardTru clay courts, one of which is sub-terrain irrigated and lighted and two new lighted hard courts. All the clay courts are resurfaced with new material annually. There are covered viewing areas for al courts, including a lighted gazebo on the upper courts with seating and a restroom. The lower courts are viewable by a porch and patio which extends from the Pro-Shop. In addition to great outdoor facilities, each court is accentuated by a beautiful east Tennessee Valley view.

Indoor Tennis Courts

The fabulous indoor facilities include four Nova cushioned hard courts, the industry's finest suspended insulation system with excellent light reflectivity. The lights are indirect metal haylide, which are also the best the tennis industry has to offer. Also included is a full-service Pro-Shop for all tennis needs and comfortable lounge overlooking the courts. The indoor facility is the best in Knoxville and one of the best in the Southeast.
